Y/CJ/Y is a two person studio from Gothenburg, Sweden, and we've been making games together now for about 10 years. We got to know each other in college and made Keep Walking EP as a fun little project. Then we decided to make something bigger which resulted in our first commercial game: The Aquatic Adventure of the Last Human. We got some really good press and reviews from big sites but sold terribly. We started working on Keep Driving then but put it on ice as we had no clear vision of it yet. This led us to Sea Salt, a game that started as 2nd place winner of the No More Sweden gamejam, that released in 2019. A lot of stress but kind of cemented us as a studio with a gamepass deal and reasonable sales. Then we made our first hit game: Post Void (2020). This was a huge deal to us as it spread like wildfire and later spawned a bunch of copies and made a distinct impact on the FPS genre. And then... 5 years of developing Keep Driving. It was tough but at last we were able to make our dream project come true. And now it's 2025, Keep Driving is out and it's doing well, and the future is ahead of us.
